- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp smoked paprika (optional)

- Fresh herbs for garnish (parsley or cilantro)
Directions:
- Marinate the Steak:
- In a bowl, mix harissa paste, olive oil, minced garlic, smoked paprika (if using), salt, and pepper.
- Rub the mixture all over the steak.
- Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 24 hours in the fridge.
- Cook the Steak:
- Heat a grill or cast-iron skillet over high heat.
- Sear the steak for 3–5 minutes per side (depending on thickness and desired doneness).
- Rest the steak for 5–10 minutes after cooking.
