Ingredients:
- 4 pork chops
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup chicken broth
- 1 cup mushrooms (sliced)
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- ½ tsp paprika
- Salt & pepper to taste
Directions:
- Season pork chops with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear pork chops for 3-4 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, sauté mushrooms and garlic until softened.
- Add heavy cream, chicken broth, and spinach. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Return pork chops to the pan and cook for another 5 minutes, letting them absorb the sauce.
- Serve hot, garnished with extra spinach if desired.
